I don't work by the hour, I work by the job. The figures below are for the flat-fee model and exclude VAT. I have also written what is not included — because that is where the surprises come from.

You choose one of the packages above. The scope and the date are put in writing; half the payment at the start, half at launch. The work ends and the site is yours.

I take part of the setup fee up front; in return I receive 5% of online sales for the first 12 months. In this model I don't build and leave — because I have a share in the site selling, I keep growing it.
For brands that want to work long term. Sales reports have to be shared; I don't set this model up with every brand.
Because most of the time it is not the same job. For 8-10 thousand lira someone installs a ready-made theme and uploads your products; that is work too, and for some brands it is enough. The setup I do covers how the product is described, the trust signals, the automation and the measurement. I will tell you honestly in the first call which one you need — I don't sell a big package to a small brand.
Infrastructure subscriptions (the e-commerce platform, domain, email, any apps) go directly to the providers, not to me, and they belong to you. The advertising budget is separate. Professional photography is not included in the packages; if it is needed I draw up a plan and we discuss that budget separately. I give you all of it itemised in writing before the project starts.

Yours. Every account is opened in your name, you hold the passwords, the domain is your property. If we parted ways tomorrow you could hand the site to someone else — you are not dependent on anyone. I insist on this because the opposite means holding a client hostage.
Yes. Scope, timeline, payment plan and the number of revisions are in writing. It protects both of us: you know what you are getting, I know what I am delivering.
Yes, all of the work runs remotely. Meetings are by phone or video, files are shared online. We can work from anywhere in Türkiye and from abroad; I run my own US brand from here as it is.
