I am a metallurgical engineer and I make paint. I built my own two brands online from scratch — the store, the export channel, the automation. Now I do the same work for a few other brands a year.
Everything you see below I built myself: the custom theme, the product architecture, the marketplace integrations, the wholesale channel and the back-office automation. No agency, no team.
I spent years in purchasing at large industrial companies — Honda, Wittur, Arçelik-LG. I learned the commercial side of manufacturing from the other side of the table: what a buyer looks at, which missing document quietly removes you from a shortlist.
Then I built my own paint brand and discovered that nobody I could hire actually understood the product. So I learned it. Everything on this site is something I had to solve for myself first.
