Privacy and Data Protection Notice

Prepared under Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698. I wrote it in plain language rather than lawyer's language — because a text nobody reads protects nobody.

Which data is processed

01

Contact form

When you fill in the form you send me: your name, the email or phone you give me to reach you, and optionally your brand, your current situation, the budget you have in mind and the message you write.

Purpose: to reply to your request and carry on the conversation. Legal basis: your explicit consent (you give it by submitting the form). I do not add this data to any marketing list and I do not send you email you did not ask for.

02

Technical data

When the form is submitted, the message includes which country your connection came from. In addition, to prevent abuse, your IP address is held temporarily in a counter (at most 5 submissions per hour from the same connection).

Purpose: to block unwanted or automated submissions through the form. Legal basis: legitimate interest. The IP record is deleted automatically after 1 hour and is never matched with your name anywhere.

03

Visit counter

A simple counter records how many times each page has been viewed and which site the visitor came from (the site name only, e.g. "google.com"). No records are kept per person; only the totals go up.

Purpose: to see which content works. Legal basis: legitimate interest. Google Analytics and similar third-party tools are not used.

04

What is stored in your browser

No cookies are used. If you mark the demos you like in the effects catalogue, that choice is kept only in your own browser's local storage and is never sent to me. It is deleted when you clear your browser data.

Where it is stored, who it is transferred to

The site is published on Cloudflare infrastructure; the counter data is held there too. Form messages are delivered as email to my Google (Gmail) account. Both providers may use servers outside Turkey; by submitting the form you also consent to that transfer.

Beyond that, no data is sold, rented or transferred to any third party for marketing purposes. It is shared with no one unless a legal obligation arises.

How long it is kept

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information if it is, learn whether it is being used for its stated purpose, know the third parties it has been transferred to inside or outside the country, request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly, request its deletion or destruction, and object to its processing.

To exercise any of these rights, simply write to info@markakurulum.com. I do not ask for a complicated application form; an email saying "delete my data" is enough, and I will respond within 30 days at the latest.

If you have a question, just ask

If anything in this text is unclear, write to me and I will explain.
